tender embrace really good location satisfactory alternative special flavour
i adored the bedding, it was like real feather duvets wrapped me in a tender embrace. the location seemed really good, a variety of nice eating places close by. the reception lady immediately found a satisfactory alternative room, it was a true act of service. the building held a special flavour, it looked like a grand hotel with character.
the scaffolding outside the window was barely noticeable, but i could hear some very early noise from workers.

the hotel featured a grand design with notable wooden stairs, a true aesthetic charm. it looks like an interesting historic building, so everything looks quite unusual. the zone has very nice conditions, also the hotel appears well maintained.

a great choice of food was on display for breakfast. a variety of eating places exist close to the area. i liked reasonable price for the room, and the variety of options for dining.

the staff seemed very helpful and very kind. the reception lady found us a better room quickly. arriving late meant i got the room right away, there were no worries about late check in which was so helpful.

the hotel enjoys a central location, moments from the subway. nearby restaurants offer diverse cuisines. i found it easy to explore the city from here. this area felt particularly safe at night.

reception staff are friendly and quick to assist with any requests, they speak clearly and are helpful. the cleaning staff do their job well ensuring rooms are super clean upon arrival. it really gives a good first impression.

mediocre stay due to room issues
separate beds extra cost
the location is great. a variety of eating places is nearby.
i was frustrated with the bed situation. i booked a large double bed, but there were two separate beds next to each other. it annoyed me when i wanted a single, comfortable bed. extending my stay cost an extra 15 euros, something i found unacceptable and poorly communicated.
